1 – END OF SALE

2 – ORDER FORMALIZATION

Any order form signed by the customer by clicking 'confirm order' constitutes an irrevocable commitment that should only be contested in the cases listed in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3 – ORDER CONFIRMATION

The contract becomes effective only after order confirmation by DESÍGNIO TRANSPARENTE. The customer will receive an email acknowledgment to confirm the order, including all details such as the list of ordered products, price, delivery date, and transportation costs. DESÍGNIO TRANSPARENTE reserves the right not to confirm the order for any reason, particularly related to product acquisition rules or any issues regarding the received order.

4 – PRICE - INVOICE

Prices are indicated in Euros. The price fixed at the time of purchase does not include delivery costs, which are additional. These costs will be indicated at the time of order confirmation. For deliveries within the EU, prices include the applicable VAT at the time of purchase. VAT is included in the price. No customs or VAT costs should be charged for deliveries within the EU. Any change in the applicable VAT rate may affect the product's sale price in the catalog.

In the case of delivery outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or any other import-related fees within the delivery country. The customer is also responsible for the related formalities unless otherwise specified. The customer is solely responsible for verifying whether the ordered products comply with the applicable legislation in the delivery country. The invoice will be issued by DESÍGNIO TRANSPARENTE. The customer should provide the address to which the invoice should be sent.

5 – PAYMENT

The price is calculated when placing the order. The customer agrees to pay the total price of the products (product price plus delivery costs) as stipulated and to pay or arrange for someone to pay customs duties, VAT, or any other fees related to importing the product into the delivery country directly to the customs officer. The customer must pay for the order using a credit card, Paypal, Multibanco entity and Reference, or MBway.

6 – REGISTRATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering to use this website, the customer will be asked to create a password. The customer must keep it strictly confidential, not disclosing or sharing it with third parties. The customer is solely and exclusively responsible for the use of their password and any orders made with it, even without their knowledge.

For registered customers, the necessary elements for conducting any online commercial transaction and future contacts deemed necessary to establish the best customer service will be collected. The customer guarantees that the provided personal data are true and accurate and undertakes to notify any changes. Any losses or damages caused to the online store or third parties resulting from incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information in the registration forms will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
