We, Desígnio Transparente Unipessoal Lda (hereinafter referred to as WHStudio), are a company dedicated to the provision of services in the interior design sector. We are committed to protecting your privacy and continuously improving the services we offer you.

The WHStudio Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy") aims to provide all information about the processing of any personal data collected through our online platforms (website, social media, newsletter) or when filling out the customer form or GDPR form available in our stores, when we organize an event, or through any other form of interaction.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data collected by third-party websites or applications that may provide links or be accessible from any of WHStudio's platforms.

1.2. Data of Minors

WHStudio does not intentionally collect (nor can it distinguish) data from minors under 16 years of age. However, if we become aware that data from minors has been collected, WHStudio will promptly delete such data.

1.3. What personal data do we collect?

Depending on the purpose and the manner in which you contacted us, we may collect the following information actively provided by you:

• Personal Information: Name, address, email address, and phone number;
• Other personal information, including your preferences and personal and/or professional interests: Date of birth, gender, nationality, demographics, experiences with our products, contact preferences, professional situation (job title, company/employer, professional contact details), interests (sports or leisure), and lifestyle.

We may also collect other types of information (which may constitute Personal Data) by automated means from third-party websites or social media, such as:

• Information related to the use of our platforms: Browser name, type of device you are using, other technical data. See our Cookie Policy for detailed information on the cookies we use and how we use them;
• Images taken through our video surveillance system in our studios and offices;
• Any other information shared by you publicly on third-party social media as part of your interaction with WHStudio.

2.1. Why does WHStudio need to collect and store personal data?

• To be contacted through the “Contact Us” form;

• Through email or phone interaction with our studios and offices;
• Through some of our commercial and advertising partners (always with your explicit consent).

WHStudio will process and store your personal data for the legal duration of the company.

Firstly, we ensure that we process your personal data if and to the extent that at least one of the following legal provisions below applies. In any case, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

WHStudio is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for tax and audit purposes. Personal data may be held beyond these periods depending on the business's individual needs.

4. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The WHStudio website contains links to other sites, which may contain useful information/tools for our visitors. Our privacy policy does not apply to third-party sites, so if you visit another site from ours, you should read its privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy policy or content present on those sites.

4.1. Can WHStudio share your personal data with third parties? If so, with whom?

We can only share your personal data within the WHStudio Group and with third parties in the following cases:
